At Curated Trend, our products are fulfilled through made-to-order production partners and trusted supplier partners. Shipping times, carriers, and delivery methods may vary depending on the item, supplier, and destination.

Order Processing

Most orders begin processing shortly after purchase. Processing times may vary by product type, production partner, order volume, and supplier availability.

Made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipping. Curated partner products may ship based on the supplier’s fulfillment timeline.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are shown when available at checkout or in your order details. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, production volume, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments if items are fulfilled by different production partners or suppliers. You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order, shipping destination, and available carrier options.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, we may not be able to update it once the order has entered production or fulfillment.

Curated Trend is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at hello@curatedtrend.com with your order number and tracking details. We’ll review the issue and help determine the next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@curatedtrend.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by product and destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges required by their country.
