At Curated Trend, we want you to love what you ordered. Because many of our products are made to order or fulfilled through trusted partner suppliers, returns are handled based on the type of item purchased.
Made-to-Order Products
Many apparel, gift, and lifestyle products in our store are made to order. Because these items are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before checking out.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when eligible, offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund.

Curated Partner Products
Some products are fulfilled by third-party partner suppliers. Return eligibility for these items may vary depending on the supplier, product type, and fulfillment status. If a partner product is eligible for return, we will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel or edit it.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
